Eu odeio gurus. Sempre que eu leio que alguém é um guru eu fico com o pé atrás. Com os dois, para ser mais sincero.

Mas apesar desse cara – Tom Peters – ser chamado de guru dos negócios, o que ele fala no vídeo é do caralho e vale o post. E como todo guru, ele cria um termo babaca.
